Fara is a Native Floridian, born in Pensacola and attended high school in Jacksonville, Florida. Fara attended college in Florida and Mississippi becoming a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Fara was in the finance industry for 15 years prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent which helps to lend valuable knowledge and information to her in the Real Estate industry.  Fara is married, and with her husband, relocated throughtout the USA in different areas of the country for 30 years.  This gave Fara an immense understanding of the relocation process, whether local or cross country.. Fara has four children, Fara's oldest daughter, Mary, is a realtor and Managing Broker for Long and Foster Realty at the Arlington,Va Office.. 

Fara has been through the Certified International Property Specialist Certification Program and has taken additional informative designation programs and continues to use the acquired knowledge in her day to day operations. Fara's goal is to stay proficient with the ever changing real estate needs of her customers through the knowledge that all new education and invaluable experience can provide.
